This course is delivered in partnership with Sky Education Ltd. It is a blended learning programme that combines on-line learning and self-study, allowing participants to gain the essential knowledge and skills required to become a professional taxi or private hire driver. The course covers topics such as customer service, road safety, and legal requirements, ensuring that learners are well-prepared for the role. There are assessments conducted in-person for this after self-study period. This course requires approximately 79 hours of self- study time. ID must be presented on the first day and second day prior to any assessment.
